📦 Who pays for shipping the products to and from your studio?
We send you a free pre-paid shipping label for products coming in. Return shipping to you is included for orders of 10+ photos; for smaller orders it’s a flat $15 (Canada) or $30 (USA).
🖼️ What file formats do I get? Can I edit them later?
You receive marketplace-ready high-res JPG and PNG (with transparent background where applicable), plus the original PSD upon request. Files are sized and named to Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and Walmart specs — no manual cropping needed.
🔁 How many retouching rounds are included?
Two free retouching rounds per image are included on every plan. We get it right the first time 95% of the time, but if you want a different angle or vibe we’ll redo it — no questions, no extra fees.
🪴 Do you provide props, models or lifestyle backgrounds?
Yes — included on Pro and Luxury tiers. We have a styling library of 200+ props and a network of 30+ Montreal models for on-model apparel work. Just describe the vibe and we’ll source it.
⚖️ Do I own the photos? Are there licensing fees?
You own them outright. Full commercial rights are included. Use the photos on Amazon, Shopify, paid ads, billboards or print — forever, no extra fees, no per-platform charges.

Yes. Once your products arrive at our studio, we deliver retouched files within one business day. Miss the deadline and your shoot is on us — we’ve only had to honour that twice in 5 years.

Yes — every shipment is covered by our $50,000 commercial liability policy, both in transit and while in our studio. Your inventory is stored in a 24/7 monitored, climate-controlled vault. We can also provide additional rider coverage on request for items above $50k value.
🎥 Do you offer video, 360° spins or motion content?
Yes. Add 360° product spins ($40/product) or 4K unboxing/texture videos ($95/video) to any photo shoot — all delivered in the same 24-hour window so you get a complete content package in one go.
